Is there a more traditional dish than the classic pigs in blankets, served on the side of roast turkey on Christmas day?

Our chipotle sausages come in a pack of 10 and are made from our own traditional pork sausages, wrapped in a delicious rasher of streaky bacon. It is a dish that, in our experience, is one that the whole family enjoys.

These little crowd-pleasers take only 10 -12 minutes to prepare and can be cooked on a moderate heat just before dinner is ready to be served up, making it the ideal worry-free Christmas side dish.

Our tips and recommendations

Maple Pigs in Blankets – Put the chipotle sausages in a roasting tin and drizzle in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a dollop of whole-grain mustard.
Honey & Sage – Wrap each chipotle with a sage leaf and then brush with Honey.
Sticky Marmalade – Whilst your sausages are cooking, warm up 2 tablespoons of marmalade until it is soft and runny. Once they are cooked, brush the marmalade all over.
