Sometimes, nothing can beat the simple but classic beef burger. A true beef burger needs only a hint of extra seasoning and relies on the flavour coming from the meat itself. To our homemade beef burgers, we add only a small amount of salt, pepper and onion to help bring out the flavour of the beef without overpowering the natural taste.

Our burgers are made from West Country Beef and come as singles or in a multi-pack. They are hand made by our expert butchers. They are also low in fat and extremely juicy.

  1. Unlike other meats where they should be room temperature before cooking. Burgers are best cooked if they are cold before cooking. It helps the patties stay together and keeps them juicy.
  2. Instead of the usual cheddar, serve the burgers with a slice of golden fried halloumi Greek cheese. The textures of the beef and the halloumi together is truly delicious.
  3. Homemade burger sauce is very easy to make and also, incredibly scrumptious. All you need is ½ cup of mayonnaise, ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 tsp of relish, 2tsp of granulated sugar and 2 tsp of white wine vinegar. Then, simply mix them all together.

    Lovely Burger only way I think it could of been better
    Would of been to cook them on the Barbecue
    Shall have them again very soon
