Our boneless turkey breast is easy to carve and is packed full of flavour. Streaky bacon is wrapped around the free-range turkey, working to keep the meat extra moist and tender.

If you are serving Christmas dinner or perhaps even a Sunday roast, the turkey breast can work as an excellent alternative to a whole roast turkey, with an approximate serving size of 5-6 people.

As with all our poultry range, the turkeys are left to mature at their own rate and graze outside on natural feed. You can tell this by the quality of our rich and succulent meat.

Our tips and recommendations:

A roast turkey lunch is not complete without it being accompanied by the classic cranberry sauce. If you want to serve your cranberry sauce with a twist, try stirring some sloe gin into your cranberry mixture when making your sauce from scratch.

To help ensure your turkey breast doesn’t dry out, after taking the meat out of the fridge, allow the meat to reach room temperature before cooking (allow for roughly one hour).
