Man-size double steak, cooked on the bone for an unrivalled flavour, which is enhanced by our 28-day maturing, a tender favourite.

475/525g each (16 oz) – almost guaranteed to put meat on your bones!

  • Ensure you remove the meat from the pack and bring to room temperature before cooking.
  • Pat dry and season with salt pepper and your choice of oils just prior to cooking on a high heat.  About 5 or 6 minutes each side for a medium-rare.  Leave to rest for a few minutes prior to serving.
  • Try with some sweet potato chips for an up to the minute variation, and who doesn’t love onion rings or a crispy salad with their steak?
