Smoked Streaky Bacon


Our smoked streaky bacon is made from the finest cuts of pork belly and has the perfect proportions of meat to fat. This crispy, flavoursome bacon, adds a rich but delicate taste to any meal it is added to, but is just as delicious by itself.

The streaky bacon has been smoked using natural oak wood chips. Giving the bacon a wonderfully rich, smoky taste.

The bacon is chosen from the best cuts of pork loin and as with all of our bacon range, the meat is dry-cured, so there is no added water, ensuring that our bacon is served the way it should be.

  • This smokey streaky bacon works wonderfully in a pea and bacon risotto. The additional smokey taste gives the dish great depths of flavours.
  • For a fantastic alternative to the classic bacon sandwich, add in watercress, pesto, red onion and mozzarella cheese.
  • To cook the streaky bacon American style, marinade the bacon in maple syrup and then leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes before frying on medium heat. It may not be to everyone’s taste but it is definitely worth a try!
