Our classic rolled sirloin roasting joint is the perfect dish for a Boxing Day lunch or even as an alternative to the classic Christmas dinner.

The joint has a wonderfully rich taste and an outstanding marbling effect. When it is served alongside traditional roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and a dollop of creamy horseradish sauce, it is simply delicious.

This sirloin joint comes in two available sizes of roasting joint; 1-1.2kg or 2-2kg. When deciding on the size, it may be useful to note that 1kg of beef serves approximately 4 guests.

Our tips and recommendations:

For a special boxing day treat, make a festive sirloin joint centrepiece by cooking the roast in a delicious cinnamon butter with roasted clementines. For extra zesty flavour, glaze with an orange marmalade sauce.
