Pork Loin Chops


Pork loin chops are a truly classic British treat. The chops have been hand-cut by our expert butchers. 

They are cut straight from the pork loin with the bone left on, helping to keep the meat moist and tender, with a lovely layer of fat that makes a delicious crackling rind. 

As with all our pork products, the pork tenderloins are made from free-range produce, ensuring high-quality meat.

  • Serve the pork chops with an apple and cider gravy and roasted vegetables. A classic dinner and one that is hard to beat.
  • As these pork chops are such a lean cut, to avoid overcooking the pork, we suggest you measure the temperature of the thickest part of the chop and if the temperature is at 150degrees, your dinner is ready to be served and will be juicy and tender. 
  • If you are grilling your pork chops, cook for 8-12 minutes for every inch of thickness of the meat, ensuring that you turn the chops every 3-4 minutes, and make sure you leave the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving for a succulent supper.
