Our pork chipolatas have been coarsely ground with just a simple seasoning needed for these delicious sausages. These premium sausages have been blended thoroughly so there is no gristle. They have a smooth centre, with a thin and crispy outer skin.

Although these sausages are traditionally served over the Christmas time, they do make a delicious side to have with any roast dinner, or even by themselves in a sausage bap. 

Our pork chipolatas come in a pack of 9 and go perfectly with our free-range roast chicken.

  • For a very special treat, glaze the chipolatas in honey and mustard before cooking. Mix 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of mustard together and coat the sausages. Cook in the oven on medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Cook these thin sausages on medium heat for roughly 6-7 minutes or until they are a lovely golden brown colour. 
  • Instead of the classic British sausage sandwich, try making an Italian style sausage sandwich. In a ciabatta roll, add in mozzarella, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise and your golden cooked chipolatas sausages for a stunning Italian treat.
