Our pork and tomato sausages are handmade using the best West Country free-range pork. The delicious combination of the sun-dried tomatoes and fresh Mediterranean herbs make these sausages the perfect dish to serve at a dinner party.
The sausages are made from best West Country Free Range Pork and as with all of our pork products, the sausages come from free-range pigs. This is something that you will be able to tell by the high quality of the meat – You can certainly taste the difference!

Our tips and recommendations:

These sausages are best served along with other Mediterranean flavours. We recommend trying some of the following flavours with these sausages: Garlic, olives, roasted vegetables, basil, mozzarella, feta cheese and Italian tomato passata.
These sausages are best cooked by shallow frying in 1 tablespoon of oil. Turning regularly and cooking for roughly 1- 12 minutes.
To ensure the sausages are cooking evenly, avoid letting the sausages touch each other when in the frying pan and keep them cooking at a constant temperature.
