Our gluten-free pork and leek sausages have a wonderfully juicy texture that comes from our carefully selected cuts of prime pork.
Fresh leeks are then blended through the pork, along with carefully selected herbs and spices that help bring out the flavour of the pork and leeks.

These gluten-free sausages come in a pack of 6 and work perfectly in the classic dish of bangers and mash.

  • If you are shallow frying the sausages, cook for approximately 14-16 minutes on medium heat, turning them occasionally.
  • If you are looking to make bangers and mash with these sausages, adding a bit of mustard to the mashed potato is a great way to bring out the flavour of the leeks.
  • To make a side of caramelised onion and cider gravy, simply fry onions until they are caramelised, add 600ml of cider and cook until the sauce has been reduced by half. Make your favourite gravy as per instructions and add it to the cider sauce, then cook for a further 5 minutes.
