Our burgers are made using the classic British flavours of pork and apple. These delicious burgers are made from free-range pork and fresh apples. They are then seasoned with herbs that blend in perfectly with the taste of the pork and apples.

The burgers come as singles or in a multi-pack and are a great alternative to the usual beef burgers. As with all of our pork, the burgers are made using free-range produce. This is something that you will be able to tell by the high quality of the meat – You can certainly taste the difference!

Our tips and recommendations:

Serve the burgers with a slice of Dorset smoked red cheddar. The smokiness of the cheese works wonderfully with the sweetness of the apple.
If you are grilling the burgers, grill for approximately 15-20 minutes ensuring that you turn them occasionally.
Rather than serving the burgers with the usual mayonnaise, try making your own apple mayonnaise. Simply stir in 1-2 tablespoons of applesauce into your mayonnaise.
