Our pheasants are sourced from local game shoots. We collect the birds straight from the shoots and then our butchers get to work on expertly dressing the 2 birds and preparing them for the oven.
The meat of a wild pheasant has a delightfully rich gamey flavour, and the meat is tender and juicy. Pheasant is not as overpowering like some other game meats and works excellently in a variety of dishes, such as curry’s, stews or just a classic Sunday roast.
Our brace of pheasant serves between 4-6 people.
