These honey roast pork sausages are a family favourite. The roasted honey adds a delicious, sweet flavour that complements the delicious taste of the pork.

The sausages are made from best West Country free-range pork and as with all of our pork products, the sausages come from free-range pigs. This is something that you will be able to tell by the high quality of the meat – You can certainly taste the difference!

Our tips and recommendations:

These sausages are best cooked by shallow frying in 1 tablespoon of oil. Ensuring you turn them regularly and cook for roughly 10-12 minutes on low-medium heat.
To add a balance to the sweetness, serve the honey sausages with mustard mashed potatoes (add between 1-2 tsp of English mustard for that delicious peppery kick).
Honey roast sausages are the perfect sausages to make barbecued sausage rolls with. When mustard is added, it balances the flavour of the honey beautifully.
