Hog roast sausages are a real delicacy. Our expertly made hog roast sausages are rich and delicious with added traditional flavours of apples, sage and red onion making it a mouth-watering masterpiece.

These large sausages come in a pack of 6 and are made with only the finest cuts of pork that have been carefully selected by our expert butchers.

As with all of our pork, the sausages are made with free range pork. You will be able to tell by the high quality of the meat – You can certainly taste the difference!

Our tips and recommendations:

To make it a true hog roast feast, serve with fresh rolls, apple sauce, stuffing, crackling and crispy roast potatoes.
If you are grilling the sausages, grill for approximately 20-25 minutes on medium heat. You can also tell when they are done as the juices will run clear.
Rest your sausages 5 minutes before serving. By leaving the sausages, it allows the meat to relax, giving you that extra juicy and tender banger.
