Our gluten-free traditional pork sausages are made with a simple and classic recipe that has been perfected over the years. They are subtly seasoned with a small number of herbs, leaving the flavour to come from the natural beautiful taste of the prime pork.

These gluten-free sausages are made from best West Country free-range pork and come in a pack of 6. These are the perfect sausages for a family Sunday fry up.

As with all of our pork, the sausages come from free-range produce. This is something that you will be able to tell by the high quality of the meat – You can certainly taste the difference!

  • To cook the perfect sausages, try not to rush them. Cook them gently in a frying pan with 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil for roughly 10-12 minutes, ensuring that you turn them frequently. If they are cooked on a heat too high, they may bubble and explode.
  • For a twist on the classic sausage and mash dinner, try making a sausage and mash bake. It is easy to do and a great way to use leftovers.
  • Allow your sausages to rest a few minutes before serving them up. This allows the sausages time to relax, making them extra juicy and tender.
