Gluten Free Pork Sausage Meat

Our gluten free pork sausage meat is made from prime pork and comes in a pack between 450- 500g. It is lightly seasoned with fresh ingredients that bring out the natural flavours of the pork. The sausage meat is perfect for making your homemade stuffing, sausages rolls, meatballs and much more.

The pork is gluten and preservative-free, and as with all of our pork, it is free-range.

  • To make your own Christmas stuffing, we recommend the classic flavours of sausage, sage and onion stuffing. It is a truly traditional Christmas side that everyone loves.
  • If you are making sausage rolls, making your own puff pastry is time-consuming and extremely fiddly. We recommend buying the puff pastry – It will save you time, and taste very similar.
  • To avoid your stuffing falling apart once cooked, add a “binder” into the ingredients. A commonly used binder in stuffing is breadcrumbs.
