Free Range Turkeys


Our turkeys are reared for 21 weeks on our Local Devon Farms using traditional farming methods with a diet of wholesome feed supplemented by foraging across rich pastures our free range turkeys receive the best of everything.

After careful transportation and handling, the turkeys are dry plucked and hand finished then hung for ten days or more giving them an exquisitely succulent texture and full rich flavour.

The turkeys range between 5.5Kg to 6.4Kg and serve over 8 people. Leaving plenty for Boxing Day leftovers.

  • To make the most delicious turkey leftover sandwich, add in some brie, bacon and cranberry sauce.
  • Before cooking your turkey, take it out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you cook it. This way, the turkey will shrink less and retain its moisture whilst cooking.
  • Calculate the amount of time that your turkey will need to be cooked for by using the following guide:
    • 5-6kg – cook 2½ to 3 hours
    • 6-7kg – cook 3 hours to 3½ hours
