Free Range Chicken


Our locally sourced free-range chicken is juicy and delicately flavoured. The chicken comes in 3 different weights, ranging between 1.8kg to 2.7kg so you can choose the perfect size for your Sunday roast. Depending on the size chosen, the chickens can serve between 3-4 people.

The hens come from The Gardner Farm, based in Devon, who pride themselves on breeding animals in truly free-range conditions. The chickens can live their lives outside whilst maturing slowly, making the meat tender and succulent.

  • Try serving your roast chicken with a side of sautéed Brussel sprouts, cooked in chilli flakes and oregano. A classic side dish with a twist and something that your dinner guests will love.
  • To get a crispy skin, add a layer of fat underneath the skin of your roast chicken. Slather your chicken in either a butter blender in garlic and herbs or with olive oil.
