Diced Pork


Our diced pork is made from the finest cuts of prime pork meat, it has a wonderful taste and just the right amount of fat covering. This pork meat is ideal for making stews, casseroles and pies. 

You can choose between a 500g portion size or a 1kg portion of our diced pork.

  • There are plenty of recipes to choose from when cooking with diced pork. One of our favourites is a classic English winter dish of slow-braised pork with cider and parsnips. It is easy to make and is bursting with flavour.
  • To check when your diced pork is cooked, cut one of the diced pieces of pork, if the juices run clear, then the pork is cooked. If you are still unsure, check the temperature of the meat. If it is at 145degrees, then your pork is ready to be served.
  • For an easy Asian styled themed dish, try making braised pork in a sweet soy sauce, it is easy to make- with just a few simple ingredients and is incredibly juicy and flavoursome.
