Tender and hand diced, our lean leg of lamb will benefit from a long and slow cook. The leg meat gives neat tidy pieces for a stew that are meltingly tender with a fantastic flavour.

A portion of 500g will yield 4 servings, but also available in 1kg portions.

  • Coat in seasoned flour before browning for a thick and delicious gravy.
  • This cut can be marinaded and skewered for excellent kebabs, seared on the barbeque or under the grill.
  • Leave your stew to eat the next day, as the flavour will become richer and deeper overnight.  Reheat when needed for a no fuss meal.
