Tender and hand diced, our lean leg of lamb will benefit from a long and slow cook. The leg meat gives neat tidy pieces for a stew that are meltingly tender with a fantastic flavour.

A portion of 500g will yield 4 servings, but also available in 1kg portions.

Our tips and recommendations:

Coat in seasoned flour before browning for a thick and delicious gravy.
This cut can be marinaded and skewered for excellent kebabs, seared on the barbeque or under the grill.
Leave your stew to eat the next day, as the flavour will become richer and deeper overnight. Reheat when needed for a no fuss meal.
