Devon Blue Cheese

Devon Blue is a handmade cow’s milk blue cheese produces using the milk from several farms in the South Hams. Cow’s milk is available to Ticklemore Cheese Dairy all year around meaning that supplies should be continually available.

Devon Blue has a beautifully smooth, slightly crumbly texture coupled with a round buttery flavour. It is matured between 3 to 6 months.
