Our traditional Cumberland sausages are made with fresh Westcountry free-range pork. They are lightly seasoned with our carefully selected herbs and spices, that enrich the flavour of the sausages without overpowering the natural taste of the pork.

Our Cumberland sausages come in a pack of 6, making them the perfect size for a family feast.
As with all of our pork products, the sausages come from free-range pigs. This is something that you will be able to tell by the high quality of the meat – You can certainly taste the difference!

  • Mix up the usual bangers and mash by making apple mash potatoes. To do this, boil potatoes for the mash and at the same time, melt a knob of butter in a pan and cook the apples for 5-10 minutes, or until they are soft.
  • Once both the potatoes and apples are cooked, mash them together, and serve with hot Cumberland sausages.
    Fry these sausages on a low heat for roughly 10-12 minutes, turning frequently so not to burn them.
  • A Cumberland sausage and vegetable roast is an ideal mid-week dish. This one-pan dish is easy to make and one that the whole family loves. Simply add cooked potatoes, sausages, chicken stock and your chosen vegetables and herbs into a roasting dish and cook for 30 minutes.
