Our tips and recommendations:

This cut works brilliantly as a pot roast, and the rich flavour is enhanced when you cook it in beer surrounded by mushrooms, parsnips and carrots.
Stir in a spoonful of horseradish sauce to add a bit of zing to your gravy!
