Brisket of beef cooked long and slow, full of flavour, very popular on the BBQ or smoker, or slow-roasted.  It has a beefy bite to it, and the taste of this flavoursome and juicy cut will be influenced by the cooking method.

Available in 1-1.2kg serves 3-4 or 2-2.2kg

  • This cut works brilliantly as a pot roast, and the rich flavour is enhanced when you cook it in beer surrounded by mushrooms, parsnips and carrots.
  • Stir in a spoonful of horseradish sauce to add a bit of zing to your gravy!
  • Cook in the oven and finish on the BBQ for that smoky summer flavour, or pop in the slow cooker before work to be greeted with a warming welcome supper when you come home.
