This meaty ‘bone in’ joint will roast a little quicker as the bone conducts the heat through the joint, and contains enough fat to keep the meat tender and juicy leading to a mouthwatering ‘melt in the mouth’ meal.
Our blade half shoulder of lamb weighs between 1.4-1.8kg and could serve 4-6 people. Alternatively, you could keep the wonderful leftovers for yourself and enjoy it again later, cold or in a shepherd’s pie or curry.
