Beef Skirt

4 Servings per 500g


Lean skirt ideal for sumptuous pies or hearty casseroles, or our local favourite, Devon pasties.  This thin and quick-cooking cut can also be used for fajitas or stir-fries if cut in thin slivers.

A 500g portion will serve 4 or 1kg will serve more!

  • For a tasty Asian stir fry, marinate the beef in lime, onion, garlic and soy sauce for at least an hour or overnight.  A marinade will help to tenderise the meat.
  • Stir fry with peppers and onions for fajitas.
