Barnsley Chop (Double Lamb Chop)

Tender, double loin chop, a cut of many uses, which can be roasted, or fried, but equally delicious barbequed.

Each chop weighs 200-220g, allow 1 per serving.

  • Cook rare to medium-rare to bring out the best flavour in this tender meat. Either cook quickly or enjoy with a slow and low cooking method until the meat is ‘melt in the mouth’ tender and falling from the bone.
  • Bring to room temperature prior to cooking, and pat dry and season just before use, allow to rest after cooking.
  • Delicious served with minted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
