Our bacon pieces are the perfect size to add to a salad or even to add into a dish. The small cuts of bacon are expertly chosen by our butchers, they ensure that the pieces of bacon have the perfect proportion of meat to fat.

These delightful chunks of bacon, come in either a pack of 250 grams or 500 grams.

The bacon is chosen from the best cuts of pork loin and as with all of our bacon range, the meat is dry-cured, so there is no added water, ensuring that our bacon is served the way it should be.

Our tips and recommendations:

Cheesy bacon omelette muffins are a great way to mix up breakfast. To make these, cook your bacon so it is nice and crispy. Whisk up your eggs and add salt and pepper, add in grated cheese and the bacon and pour the mixture into a muffin tray. Cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
Use the bacon pieces to make bacon jam. A delicious treat that goes amazingly well in a burger or even as a gift in a Christmas Hamper.
The best way to cook the bacon pieces is to fry them on medium heat for roughly 4-6 minutes, stirring them occasionally whilst they cook.
